MBM Ascend Limited Activity Plan

The Limited Activity Plan offers MBM Ascend clients a flexible way to temporarily pause their full-service engagement while keeping all automations, workflows, and essential integrations active. This plan is ideal for clients experiencing short-term changes in their needs who want to ensure their systems remain operational and ready for a seamless return to full services.
Limited Activity Plan Details
Eligibility Requirements
- Clients must be active on an MBM Ascend plan for at least three consecutive months before requesting the Limited Activity Plan.
Monthly Fee Structure
- The Limited Activity Plan fee is set as a percentage of each client’s regular plan rate, with the fee adjusted according to the service level:
- Growth Starter: 25% of standard rate ($1,500), totaling $375/month.
- Accelerate Growth: 30% of standard rate ($4,900), totaling $1,470/month.
- Industry Leader: 40% of standard rate ($9,900), totaling $3,960/month.
Plan Duration and Extension Fee
- Standard Duration: Clients may use the Limited Activity Plan for up to two consecutive months at the regular Limited Activity monthly fee.
- Extension Fee for Additional Months: For clients needing additional time, an extension fee of 15% of the regular plan rate will apply on top of the Limited Activity monthly fee for each additional month. This extension fee provides flexibility while encouraging clients to return to full service.
- Example for Growth Starter Plan: After the initial two months at $375/month, each additional month would include the $375 Limited Activity fee plus a $225 extension fee, totaling $600 for that month.
Included Services
- Automation and Workflow Maintenance: All existing workflows, automations, and integrations remain fully active and accessible.
- Data and System Retention: Client data, historical performance metrics, and analytics are maintained, allowing for a smooth reactivation.
- Platform Access: Clients retain limited access to the MBM platform to monitor workflows and review past data.
Excluded Services
- Growth Strategy and Custom Requests: Strategy sessions, custom growth initiatives, and new content requests are paused while on the Limited Activity Plan. Full services will resume upon reactivation.
Reactivation Incentive
- Return to Full Services Discount: Clients who reactivate their account within the two-month standard period receive a 10% discount on their first month back on a full plan, adding further value and encouraging a quicker return.
Terms and Conditions
- Billing: The monthly Limited Activity fee will be billed automatically, replacing the standard monthly rate during the pause period. Extension fees, if applicable, are added to the Limited Activity fee for each additional month beyond the initial two months.
- Termination Policy: Clients who choose to end their MBM Ascend services while on the Limited Activity Plan will follow standard termination policies, including any applicable early termination fees.
- Service Resumption: Upon reactivation, all regular services, including strategy support and new requests, will resume according to the client’s original plan level.
How to Enroll
Clients interested in the Limited Activity Plan can contact MBM Support at least 10 days before the next billing cycle to activate the plan and discuss any specific needs regarding the pause period.
