What we collect
When you submit our Connect form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, organization, your area of interest, and your message. We also use standard analytics that may collect device and usage information via cookies.
How we use it
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) and used to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to contact you about relevant services across MBM Ventures Group and its operating companies (MBM360, Mental Health Events Network). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep contact records for as long as needed to serve the relationship. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the Connect page, and you may opt out of communications using the unsubscribe option in any message.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts and our CRM provider to operate. Each processes limited technical data under its own privacy terms.
Not a healthcare service
Mentally Balanced Media produces educational media. We do not provide clinical services, and information submitted through this site is not treated as protected health information. Please do not include sensitive health details in form submissions.
